Second time staying here! Just as peaceful as before but even more so because we didn’t come with the kids :) The property management team did reach out to tell us river levels were lower than last time we booked. But we were still able to kayak and fish upstream. Cute, clean, private, relaxing. Don’t pass it up yall!

Absolutely incredible experience—everything was so peaceful yet exhilarating! The kids had a blast kayaking and splashing in the water. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing by the river and soaking in the breathtaking view.

Our family of 6 really enjoyed our stay here! We had some rainy days but that did not stop us from kayaking and paddle boarding! The river was right off the backyard and we could watch our four children easily. The backyard was amazing and we enjoyed every minute outside that we could. When the rain got too bad we utilized the ping pong table! The house layout was cozy but had plenty of room. We found this home comfortable and clean. Plus their fans in the bedrooms were amazing!! We have already purchased some!! We truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

La maison est juste superbe : magnifique, parfaitement agencée et incroyablement spacieuse. Chaque espace est pensé avec goût et on s’y sent instantanément bien. Mention spéciale pour le petit coin café ☕️ — mon petit bonheur du matin, le détail qui rend l’expérience encore plus parfaite !
La région est tout simplement splendide. Et énorme coup de cœur pour le quartier de Gruene 🎶 : typique, plein de charme, et avec de la musique live en permanence… une ambiance magique pour les amoureux de musique !
Et pour couronner le tout, un hôte d’une gentillesse rare, disponible et attentionné tout au long du processus de réservation. Une communication au top du début à la fin.
Une adresse que je recommande les yeux fermés ✨💛

We were in town for a wedding so it was a brief stay. We were there mostly to sleep. The house was clean and set up nice. If we had been there longer we would have like to enjoy the fire pit area and just being in the country! We would choose this home again!

El lugar nos encanto, todo super bien con las instalaciones y los lugares alrededor, disfrutamos la canoa, pesca y el área de fogata, cada entrada y salida al complejo parecía una aventura y sentías como desconectabas de la rutina, el anfitrión siempre al pendiente en las dudas que tenía.

This was a great experience for our first time in Texas. The house was great for what we needed and our host provided great communication. We loved how much was provided for us which made our stay carefree! Will hopefully stay with them again next time we go!

Everything went perfectly with our stay. We had a wonderful time in this super cozy house. We are making plans to return during Spring Break so the children can enjoy the river, which they couldn't do this time due to the weather. Thank you for your attention.
