We will be booking this place again in the near future! It all was more beautiful than we anticipated!
Plenty of space, wasn’t crowded whatsoever with 18 people, very cozy!

The house and yard is absolutely amazing! Perfect for 3 families with children! The house is nestled in a very private and quiet place and short drive for groceries etc. It was a bummer that the water level was down due to work on the dam but the host was very clear and upfront with the water level situation. I would come back and stay to enjoy the water at normal level in the future!

My family & I were in the area to meet with some of my clients. Spot was private & peaceful, away from the traffic, but close enough for a short 5-20 minute drive to stores, gas stations, shopping, restaurants, etc
Also was close enough to be able to DoorDash/Uber if you’d rather stay in & have food brought out if you’re not cooking.
All in all a nice place for us to stay over with some light R&R between visiting my clients.

Sarah was a fantastic host. The house was lovely in a quiet area. It was close to Schlitterbahn and Gruene. She went above and beyond to get some forgetting medication back to us. We couldn’t have asked for a better host!

The house had a very welcoming open concept. The master bathroom has the biggest bathtub I think I’ve ever seen. Also everyone who was with us agrees that the water pressure was the best/ strongest we have ever experienced! I know that’s a random thing to compliment on but it really was amazing!! The house is stocked with everything you could imagine and the host is very responsive! If we are ever in the area we all agreed we will stay again… for the water pressure hahaha!!

We loved our stay at Three Oaks! The waterfront view and large backyard made for a peaceful getaway. There were plenty of comfy beds / bedrooms for our group of 10. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely loved it. Particularly how they had allll the well thought out niceties. Well stocked coffee bar. Skewers for roasting marshmallows on the fire pit. Even a little first aid kit in the bathroom (not that we needed it). Loved it and have already recommended it to my friends!

We enjoyed our stay, it’s a very nice, quiet area. We had such a relaxing weekend by the river. The hosts were always attentive, providing clear directions and checking in to see if we needed anything.

Our stay here was wonderful! You can tell that every little thing provided was well thought out and the owners take pride in their place. Sarah was very responsive and eager to assist with any needs. The location is very peaceful and tranquil. My family and I are already trying to determine when we can come back!
