Very nice place and spacious, went for work work but getting back to the house was so relaxing, neighborhood is calm, house was extremely clean I liked that alot!! Overall great stay!

We loved our stay. It was family friendly had many games (boardgames and outdoor). The home was beautiful in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to grocery stores and city. The home was toddler friendly with beds not too high up & the coffee bar was a huge plus for early mornings.

Gorgeous property, comfortable stay, quiet and peaceful. we loved it and we are saving the location for future visits! It's isolated so make sure you have what you want or need before arriving so you dont have to make a run. We stayed for a river trip and fit 2 families comfortably between the bunkhouse and main house. the kids enjoyed the trees and bug hunting on the property, we even saw fireflies while making smores.

We had an amazing stay! The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. The teens especially loved the pool it was definitely the highlight of the trip. The space was comfortable and perfect for our group. We truly appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

The area and piece of river the cabin is on was perfect for what we were going for! We had little ones and the water was shallow enough and slow enough for them to play and have a great time in the screened porch and fenced in yard. It’s a quiet and slow paced area were you can enjoy the river without all the activity. We had a great stay!

We will be booking this place again in the near future! It all was more beautiful than we anticipated! Plenty of space, wasn’t crowded whatsoever with 18 people, very cozy! Great beds, beautiful scenery, literally no complaints whatsoever! 🤍 Was an amazing experience to celebrate me and my fiancé’s coed bach trip!

The house and yard is absolutely amazing! Perfect for 3 families with children! The house is nestled in a very private and quiet place and short drive for groceries etc. It was a bummer that the water level was down due to work on the dam but the host was very clear and upfront with the water level situation. I would come back and stay to enjoy the water at normal level in the future!

My family & I were in the area to meet with some of my clients. Spot was private & peaceful, away from the traffic, but close enough for a short 5-20 minute drive to stores, gas stations, shopping, restaurants, etc Also was close enough to be able to DoorDash/Uber if you’d rather stay in & have food brought out if you’re not cooking. All in all a nice place for us to stay over with some light R&R between visiting my clients.

Sarah was a fantastic host. The house was lovely in a quiet area. It was close to Schlitterbahn and Gruene. She went above and beyond to get some forgetting medication back to us. We couldn’t have asked for a better host!
